Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in 1,000-liter stainless steel tanks, and then the wine ages for 12 months in used 500-liter barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a fluid red wine with aromas of red fruit accompanied by herbaceous notes and spicy hints.
