This vineyard is located at the elevation of Labastida village, with full sun exposure all day, and a calcareous soil with pebbles. The grapes are selected and hand-picked into 14kg boxes. 50% are destemmed and go directly to the press. The other 50% of whole grapes ferment in the 500L porcelain egg, and maceration lasts eight months in the same egg with the whole cluster. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt has a straw yellow color with silver glints, floral aromas, citrus fruits like red grapefruit that provide great freshness, and mineral notes reminiscent of the cold limestone rocks of the Sierra de Toloño.
