Signed by Juan Carlos Sancha, one of Rioja's best winemakers and a prestigious university professor, probably the person with the most knowledge of vine clones on the planet. He is considered the discoverer of the last remnants of native Rioja varieties that, thanks to people like him, have not become extinct. The result of this Maturana Tinta is a red wine with rich varietal notes (such as green pepper) and a refreshing acidity.
