You just have to contact us by email at hola@bacoenoteca.es or by phone at +34 619 845 036 from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00 (except holidays), indicating your order number and the products you want to return.

You must return any product units that have not been tasted in perfect condition (not damaged, soiled or opened), properly protected and, ideally, in their original packaging. After our team has checked that the products are in good condition, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned units within a maximum period of 10 calendar days , using the same payment method that you used for your initial purchase. If you wish, for your convenience you can request a refund in BACO credit for future purchases , so that you can use it comfortably on your next order.

Finally, we inform you that the return shipping costs must be paid by you . Otherwise, the part corresponding to the returned products will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
