Bollinger Champagne

Fresh, expressive, and complex. Aromas of lemon and other citrus fruits dominate, along with toasted and pastry notes and hints of hazelnut.
Fresh and very flavorful. It exhibits caressing bubbles and a long finish.

Special Cuvée embodies Bollinger's unique style. Made from the wines of the last two harvests, but primarily with a majority proportion of reserve wines (a true singularity at Bollinger), it is both a great wine and the materialization of all the quality commitments of the maison. Its aging period is twice as long as the appellation requires, achieving a range of elegant nuances.
