Burgundy Red Arnaud Baillot

A unique vineyard located at the end of the Côte de Beaune (Burgundy). A Pinot Noir full of charm and very rich in red fruit aromas (raspberry, redcurrant, wild strawberry...). It is pleasant, fruity and refreshing with light and elegant tannins. The vineyard is located in Decize-Les-Maranges at the highest altitude in the town, adjacent to the 'La Montagne' vineyard. Arnaud Baillot acquired it after seeing that the vines were planted in the 60s. The wine ferments in stainless steel and ages for a year in oak (20% new oak). Fluid, light and delicate, like excellent Pinot Noir (notes of blackcurrant, raspberry and incense).
