A plot of Monastrell from the terraces of Serral marks the personality of De Nit, a sparkling rosé based on Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada and a small but significant percentage of Monastrell, which adds complexity without detracting from its freshness. In short, a very serious wine that is also deliciously perfumed, subtle and elegant.
