In tasting, it stands out for its beautiful mahogany color with orange reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of licorice, citrus notes and clove, and on the palate, it has a very smooth and sweet entry with a pleasant, light and persistent aftertaste. Presented in a 1-liter format.
El Bandarra is the vermouth from the Democratic Wine project, perfect for enjoying on a terrace, with a lively atmosphere and good vibes. The guys from Casa Berger make it by macerating their white wine with more than 50 extracts of herbs, flowers, botanicals and natural spices such as clove, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom and bitter orange. After fortifying the wine, a touch of caramel is added and it is left to mature in oak barrels with soleras for 1 or 2 months.
