El Vedao is one of the few single-varietal wines in David Sampedro's collection at his Bhilar winery. Its name comes from a plot, divided into three terraces, in the town of Elvillar. This red wine offers us a version of Rioja Garnacha that stands out for its balsamic and herbaceous profile. Serious and flavorful, it possesses fine tannins and a pleasantly rustic touch.
