The Sumoll, a variety on the verge of disappearing in Penedès, and which the winery has committed to recovering, is accompanied by the equally indigenous Grenache in this balanced red blend, now in its fifth vintage. A high-altitude natural wine with a distinct Mediterranean character, a perfect example of minimal intervention.
