Method: Vinification in truncated concrete tanks with cold pre-fermentation
Fermentation: With indigenous yeasts for 20 days with very gentle foot treading and pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels
Bottling: Without fining or stabilization.

Purplish red with a brilliant hue. Good intensity and finesse. Aromas of licorice, fine herbs, blended with very subtle oak notes. A wine with volume, full of fruity sensations with balanced acidity and sweet tannins that provide structure and persistence.
