This modern txakoli is made from a blend of the indigenous Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Zerratia varieties, grown on slopes bathed by the Cantabrian breeze. The result: a fresh, aromatic wine with an overwhelming personality.

The nose offers citrus, floral, and white fruit notes, with a subtle mineral hint. On the palate, it is light yet structured, with crisp acidity, a saline finish, and that touch of nerve that makes txakoli so special.
