Hand-harvested and always as a family, the grapes arrive at the winery and are directly placed in the vats, without destemming. The initial fermentation is intracellular, causing an explosion of authentic varietal aromas of Tempranillo.

It remains for 9 months in barrels and 500L bocoy barrels.
