Laventura Malvasia

€20,50

It seduces with floral aromas of honeysuckle and fruit aromas such as blackcurrant, lemon zest, peach, apricot, and quince. Finally, notes of butter, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg emerge. Subtle presence of tertiary nuances such as honey and hay.
Palate with a pleasant texture, good acidity, body, and great length.

Byran MacRobert defines this wine as "an experiment that went well." It comes from a peculiar vineyard whose fruits take a couple of weeks longer than usual to ripen. Its production is also original, as it is made as if it were a red wine, macerating with the skins for almost a month and aged in a concrete egg for a year. A wine with good acidity and great length.
