Nivarius Vendimia Tardía is a sweet wine made from overripe grapes in the vineyard, harvested at the precise moment to preserve freshness and concentration.
Compote white fruit, floral notes, hints of honey and candied citrus combine with a brilliant acidity that perfectly balances the sweetness.

It's sweet, yes, but not cloying at all: fine, elegant, and very gastronomic.
