La Piconada Red

€16,90

Notes of ripe red fruit, green pepper, forest herbs, and balsamic.

This is a Rioja Crianza with greater evolution and complexity. It's not a classic, it's a wine to explore and understand. The grapes come from the "La Piconada" vineyard, planted in 2008, located in the town of Anguciana. It is a blend of Tempranillo and Maturana, fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Afterwards, it remains for 6 months in the bottle. Maturana takes center stage, contributing the vegetal component, the fluidity... It's a Rioja with good acidity, good tannicity, flavorful, and persistent on the palate.
