When temperatures rise, all you want are outdoor plans, snacks with friends... and something refreshing. And although many think that wine is only for winter or for serious meals, summer also has its perfect wines: whites and rosés that go down easily, pair with a thousand dishes, and make everything taste better.
At BACO we like to drink responsibly, but also with enthusiasm. So, here are 5 white and rosé wines that will save your summer.

1. Botijo Blanco – Vino de Aragón
A young, organic white wine made with Garnacha blanca. Aromatic, fresh, and with just the right acidity, making it perfect for tapas in the sun.
Ideal with: salads, hummus, mild cheeses.

2. Fresquito – Montilla-Moriles
A rosé with an Andalusian soul. Made with Pedro Ximénez and a touch of Syrah, it's an explosion of fruit and joy.
Serve it very chilled and you'll see how it transforms any after-dinner conversation.
Perfect for: sushi, paella, picnic in the park.

Fresquito de Tinaja – Montilla-Moriles
3. Viña Tondonia Blanco Reserva – Rioja
Yes, aged whites are also for summer... if you know when and how. This one is elegant, complex, and with that special oxidative note.
Recommended plan: dinner on a terrace, aged cheese, good conversation.

4. Larrosa Rose Izadi
Intense aroma of red fruit; strawberry, raspberry, cherry; also white flowers and hints of stone fruit like peach and apricot.
Intense and pleasant, with hints of fresh fruit and floral notes. Subtle and persistent, with good acidity and an endless finish.
Plan: barbecue with friends and a summer playlist.

5. Gorka Izaguirre Txakolí – País Vasco
Sparkling, fresh, and low in alcohol. If you haven't tried it, this summer is the time.
Pair it with: seafood, ceviche, or simply a good view.
