Barbarot Red

Barbarot is Bárbara Palacios' first wine. The combination of Bárbara and her favorite grape, Merlot, gives its name to this wine and the winery itself. We can call Barbarot a "single-vineyard wine," as in it we can appreciate what this terroir offers us. A perfect wine to drink now, although it promises to excel if we let it age for a few years.
