White of White Raventos

Blanc de Blancs is an Extra Brut sparkling wine, marked by the typical characteristics of its origin, Vinya del Llac, a vineyard over forty years old that allows Raventós i Blanc to obtain a structured, fresh, and complex sparkling wine. In this vintage, there is once again a contribution from the Malvasía de Sitges variety, which joins the triumvirate of Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel-lo. Structured, fresh, complex, flavorful, and almost salty on the finish.
