The Bacchae

Carlos Sánchez makes his wines in La Rioja and Madrid, and through them he tries to convey his passion for the vineyard and for winemaking that is as non-interventionist as possible. Following this philosophy, he produces this Garnacha Las Bacantes red wine in the Sierra de Gredos, which has been traditionally made: organic viticulture, daily treading of the grapes during vatting, and bottling without filtration or stabilization.
