Made with Viura, whose must remains with its lees for 6 months. Then a recipe of wormwood, Madagascar cloves, pansies, dittany of Crete, orris root, Ceylon cinnamon... and up to 40 more extracts including herbs, roots, flowers, spices and fruits are added. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of aromatic herbs along with balsamic notes. In the mouth, its balance between sweetness and bitterness is surprising, with a pleasant aftertaste softened with vanilla notes.
