3 Lustrums Gramona

III Lustros is a sparkling, complex wine, a pure reflection of its terroir, the Font de Jui area, which stretches between the Anoia River and the Mas Escorpí hill. We care for the xarel·lo and macabeu vines using the most respectful viticulture, following the precepts of biodynamics, plowing with horses and harvesting by hand.

This sparkling wine, first produced in 1951, rests in our cellars for more than 80 months, with a natural cork stopper. Disgorging and each of the aging steps are carried out in an artisanal and entirely manual way, including the final detail of wrapping each bottle with plant-based and fully compostable cellophane.
