Abel Mendoza Selección Personal is a red wine from the Qualified Designation of Origin Rioja, produced by Bodegas Abel Mendoza. This single-varietal Tempranillo comes from vines with an average age of 40 years and low production, located in the El Sacramento plot.
The harvest is done manually with a careful selection of the grapes. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. Subsequently, it ages for 12 months in new French oak barrels.

Appearance: Clean cherry red color with garnet rim and a glycerin layer that leaves good tears.
