Altanza is a 'château' style winery located in the heart of Rioja Alta, in Fuenmayor, focused on producing elegant and well-rounded estate wines.
Intense cherry red, medium-bodied, clean and bright. The nose is dominated by aromas of red fruits, such as raspberry and cherry, light notes of licorice, and well-integrated wood that provides balsamic nuances with subtle toasty notes. Light on the palate, balanced, round, and with good acidity. Smooth and well-structured tannins. The red fruit aromas perceived earlier return on the palate. A pleasant drink with a long finish.
