Olmeca Altos Tequila is made from 100% Blue Agave, grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is slow-cooked in brick ovens, and distilled in copper stills. For Reposado and Añejo, we age the liquid in ex-bourbon barrels to obtain that smooth, true tequila flavor.
