Drinkable Champagne

Aromas of red fruits, subtle, currant, wheat, flavorful on the palate, subtle, creamy and long. Perfect balance.

Chardonnay 35%, Pinot Noir 30%, Pinot Meunier 35%. Vineyard age over 40 years. Terroir: Ludes, Ormes, Mareuil-le-port, Trépail, area 7 hectares. Slow alcoholic fermentation in barrels, aging on lees. 35% reserve wines each year. The bottles are stored horizontally on racks for 24 to 36 months, so that the "prise de mousse" process develops properly. The foundation of Bérêche & Fils is: soil work in the vineyard, old vines, spontaneous and slow fermentation in wood, aging on lees, unfiltered wine, secondary fermentation with cork stopper and manual disgorgement.
