🍷 Winery of the Month at BACO: Discover projects with a wine soul 🍷
At BACO, we believe that every wine has a story worth telling. That's why we created "Winery of the Month", a space where we highlight wineries with identity, passion, and commitment to quality.
Each month, we select a winery to give it the spotlight it deserves:
✅ A special entry on our blog.
✅ Exclusive content on social media: videos, podcasts, and interviews.
✅ Tastings and special promotions for you to discover their wines.
If you are as passionate about wine as we are, don't miss this opportunity to discover authentic projects and labels that are truly worthwhile. Each month, a new story in a glass! 🥂

When talking about IZADI, it's easy to think of one of the benchmark wineries in Rioja Alavesa. However, behind that consolidated image lies a facet that perhaps not everyone knows and which in recent years has become one of the most interesting hallmarks of the project: its commitment to white and rosé wines.
Long before Rioja's white wines enjoyed the recognition they do today, IZADI was already exploring the potential of the denomination's native varieties, recovering viticultural heritage and developing wines with their own personality and a clear forward-looking vision.
From already established proposals such as Izadi Selección Blanco or Larrosa, to more exclusive launches such as La Gran Rosa, the winery has shown that innovation does not always consist of inventing something new, but in reinterpreting the origin from a different perspective.
We spoke with the IZADI team to learn how this commitment has evolved, what role white and rosé wines play within the project, and where one of Rioja's most restless wineries is heading.
