Capellanía is made with the magnificent Viura grapes from Pago de Capellanía, a vineyard over 70 years old located in the highest area of Finca Ygay, the most prestigious estate of Marqués de Murrieta. It is a complex white wine with notes of ripe white fruit and a pleasant touch of butter. Ideal for cellaring for some time, as it shows magnificent evolution in the bottle, where the nuances of oak aging gradually integrate. This vintage presents as a novelty the inclusion of concrete during fermentation, achieving more complexity, length, and elegance.
