It is the result of our best Tempranillo grapes, from our oldest vineyards, destemmed by hand. The grapes are harvested manually and transported to the winery in small boxes to be selected first by bunches and then by berries. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels where the wine remains on its lees and matures for 36 months. It then rests for a minimum of 34 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
