A white wine that stands out for its discernment and the quality of its production from the Cayetana Blanca grape. The grapes are carefully tended from the vineyard, and undergo a light partial fermentation in French oak barrels to add complexity while respecting all their fruity character.
The Cayetana Blanca variety, also known as Jaén Blanco or Pardina, is indigenous to Extremadura, traditional to the Ribera del Guadiana region.
With an attractive, slightly golden yellow color, it stands out for its tropical, white, and citrus fruit aromas, over a subtle background of fine lees (pastry, croissant, butter) from its time in barrels. On the palate, it is round and balanced, with a pleasant balance between freshness and acidity.
