Constantine Meunier Solera

Constantine Solarris champagne is made exclusively with Meunier grapes, harvested from two small vineyards (2 and 3.5 hectares respectively) located in the towns of Montagne de Reims and Vallée de Marne.

Its winemaking stands out for using the Spanish "Solera" method, which consists of blending wines from different vintages, instead of traditional aging.

Thus, a first wine is made using the annual harvest, which rests for twelve months, and after this period, 50% of the wine produced is separated and blended with wines from other years. This blend remains for another 3 years in stacks until it is commercialized.
