This Amphora is made with Viura from a 12-year-old plot planted on the banks of Baños de Ebro on sandy loam soil.

The harvest is done by hand, the grapes are destemmed and macerated for about 24 hours, and after pressing, the must ferments in tanks. The resulting wine ages in a 1,000-liter amphora on its lees, while another part remains in a stainless steel tank. 12 months later, the wine is bottled with a minimal dose of sulfur dioxide for protection.
