The Rooster Eye Pact

This Ojo Gallo is not a claret, but a "light-colored red wine." This is how the winery describes it, something we can see with the naked eye, and it's a prelude to a wine full of life, youth, and much more complexity than expected. In fact, its most interesting feature is that it's a blend of Garnacha tinta and Viura, sourced from a curious vineyard planted in 1957 where other red and white varieties are planted indiscriminately. This philosophy was followed in the production of this wine, as both grapes were vinified together. Undoubtedly a very interesting discovery.
