El Yergo Paco Garcia

The Riojan town of Murillo de Rio Leza is considered the birthplace of Tempranillo Blanco, a variety that appeared in 1988 thanks to a spontaneous genetic mutation. As a reference winery based in Murillo, Paco García could not miss the opportunity to create a unique and complex white wine from it. Distinguished with aromas of lemon leaf, orange blossom, apricot, and pineapple with touches of honey and mint, its acidity, structure on the palate, and time in barrel mean you can enjoy it now or in a couple of years.

Paco García El Yergo Tempranillo Blanco 2025 surprises with a delicious and luminous entry. On the nose, it displays a range of aromas where notes of green apple and ripe peach stand out, complemented by a delicate touch of vanilla, a result of its aging in wood. On the palate, it is creamy, with a soft unctuousness, a perfect balance between freshness and body. The Tempranillo Blanco of this vintage offers a warm and prolonged finish, leaving a pleasant sensation of well-being.
