Fleurie Perrachon

Wine from 80-year-old vines located in different unique plots: Carbonnières, with a south-west orientation and a steep slope, and a small plot bordering the region called Les Marrans. Manually harvested vineyards with the Gobelet system.

The bunches are destemmed 25% to 50%, meaning we still find notes of green tannins from the stems, without being predominant. It has been aged for 9 to 12 months in French oak foudres.
