Hacienda El Ternero Crianza

Hacienda el Ternero Selección is a 100% Tempranillo wine made from its own vineyards with more than 30 years of age. The harvest is manual with grape selection. It ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 15 days and then undergoes a long post-fermentation maceration. It is aged for 14 months in first and second year French oak barrels. Unfined and unfiltered, it remains a minimum of one year in bottle before being released to the market.

Hacienda el Ternero Selección is a round, balanced and smooth wine. Notes of wild red fruits combine with elegant roasted aromas.
