Juvé & Camps Milesimé Chardonnay

A selection of the best grapes from the Can Rius vineyard that Juvé & Camps owns in Gelida, Barcelona, is the basis of their Milesimé Chardonnay, a cava with up to 48 months of quiet aging. This enriching "dream" gave it great complexity and richness of nuances to the point of turning it, as Pep Jiménez, the house's viticulture director, points out, into "a voluptuous and mature wine", also from a generous and kind vintage for the French white variety.
