Labaia White Carmen Uriarte

Labaia white is 100% Viura. The grapes come from the head of a 0.5 ha vineyard planted in 1967, located on the banks of the Ebro River in Lapuebla de Labarca at 400 meters of altitude. Manual harvest in 18 kg boxes. Direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 10 months of aging in used 225 L French oak barrels.
