Eguiluz The Preferred White

Las Preferidas is the first white wine produced by Bodegas Eguíluz. It is a blend of old vines, made primarily with Viura and a small percentage of Garnacha Blanca, which varies depending on each vintage.

It is fermented in new 225-liter French oak barrels where it remains for 7 months in contact with its lees. The lees are worked twice a week using rotary stirrers to provide greater volume and complexity.
