Louis Roederer Champagne

€61,00

A "bouquet" of yellow fruit (nectarine), ripe and concentrated citrus fruits (lemon) accompanied by sweet notes of pollen/petals reminiscent of almonds (candied almonds) and wheat.
On the palate, it is velvety, enveloping, full, and juicy. Smoky and slightly woody notes extend a persistent and deliciously incisive finish.

This Assemblage 245 champagne is made with a perpetual reserve of wines from vintages ranging from 2012 to 2019, the latest to be incorporated into the blend, and wines aged in oak barrels from the same vintages up to 2019. Each collection is free verse, a new chapter in the house's universe of taste.

The warm and gourmand style of Collection is present thanks to the great ripeness of the most recent vintage, 2019. But the freshness, energy, and complexity of the Perpetual Reserve created in 2012, as well as the woody texture of the foudre Reserves, extend and prolong the material to give it finesse and persistence.
