Medium intensity on the nose, floral aromas (violets) and forest fruits (blackberry, raspberry).
On the palate, smooth, unctuous, velvety. Very balanced in acidity, fresh. Very pronounced but polished tannins. Frank and persistent.
Selected bunches are used directly from the vineyard. These are destemmed without crushing and then transferred. Once in the tank, the carbonic maceration process continues, whereby the grapes at the top crush those below due to gravity, and alcoholic fermentation takes place inside the grape.
This winemaking results in very fruity wines with purplish colors that highlight the wine's youthful character.
