Mar Frades Brut

On the nose, it is fine, complex, and expressive. It first shows traits of bottle aging and a background of seawater, eucalyptus, and white fruits with a deep Albariño memory. Toasted bread and almond shell background.
On the palate, it is broad, tasty, creamy, and fresh. The characteristic notes of the variety reappear with a pleasant and fresh finish.

This is a special and different sparkling wine, as it is made with the Albariño variety. These grapes were harvested 10 days earlier than those used in the rest of the winery's wines to ensure a fresh Brut Nature where the variety was the protagonist.
