Oxer Marko Our Ancestors

Gure Arbasoak means "our ancestors" in Basque, making this Bizkaia txakoli a tribute to the ancestors of the Oxer family home, those who were part of its history, also in direct allusion to the prehistoric caves of Santimamiñe, cavities near the vineyard from which the grapes for the production of this wine are obtained, which were once declared a UNESCO heritage site. As for the wine, we are looking at a white made with 60% Hondarrabi zuri zerratia, 30% Hondarrabi zuri, 10% Izkiriota txikia, fermented in barrels with a lot of personality, offering notes of ripe fruit and wild touches on the nose, as well as a fresh and lasting taste on our palate.
