Viña Ijalba was the first winery to produce wine from this almost extinct variety. Today, their Maturana Blanca is a white gem from Rioja: expressive, fresh, and with good volume. Notes of green apple, fennel, white flower, and a saline touch. Creamy texture and a long finish, perfect for surprising.
