Minutero is an artisanal wine, made with Maturana Tinta, a grape variety with character, depth, and personality.

Time is understood as something that cannot be forced, that cannot be rushed. It has its own rhythm and teaches us to respect it. And also as a space for dedication, care, and absolute presence.

That's why it's called Minutero. Because it is a wine born from the minutes invested in the vineyard, in the punch-down, in the winery. And also because its spirit carries a small nod to the person who taught me, from a young age, the value of doing things with precision and affection.

The label, designed by artist Uriszar, has a clock hand hidden in the "t." It's not just an ornament: it's a clue. Because this wine is measured in moments. In the moments that made it possible.
