Moulin A Vent Perrachon

Wine made from 50-year-old vines grown on granitic soils with a high presence of manganese. The plots are located in Romanèche-Thorins, within the Moulin à Vent appellation. The vineyards are harvested manually using the 'Gobelet' and 'Cordon Double' systems.

At least 40% of the bunches are destemmed. The wine will age for 12 months in concrete tanks and partially in 500L barrels.

A Gamay red wine that seeks a different version of the globally renowned Gamay. With less presence of green tannins, aged in concrete and a wide aromatic range.
