Bideona Parcelas Red

Las Parcelas Tinto comes from a selection of vineyards and plots, predominantly Tempranillo, on limestone soils that produce wines of remarkable complexity and length due to the age of the vines. Depending on the vintage, the wines mature in the cellar for the necessary time, using a combination of stainless steel, concrete tanks, new and used large-format barrels, and wooden vats. Bideona aims to clearly express the character of Tempranillo without fermentation aromas or excessive wood usage. Medium-bodied, with notable complexity and fruit concentration. The quality of the fruit shines through, displaying the typical character of Rioja Alavesa's cooler climate, without being masked by excessive oak aging. The intense fruit is beautifully balanced by fresh acidity, chalky tannins, and a long, mineral finish.
