Gran Barquero Palo Cortado

A rare bird among fortified wines. It comes from a careful selection of atypical butts of old wines subjected to oxidative aging. A Palo Cortado that responds to a certain winery archaeology, searching through different butts for wines with oxidative aging and a certain biological character. The result: an assemblage of different criaderas and soleras with an average age of 25 years.
