Santalba White Reserve

Santalba white Reserva, carefully crafted from our white Viura grapes, sourced from old vineyards with very low yields located very close to the winery in Gimileo.

Fermented in barrels on its lees and with bâtonnage every 3 days, this wine is aged for 14 months in medium-toasted French and Russian oak barrels. The chosen oak and its toasting have been specifically selected for the production of this wine.
