Temerario Blanco · Single-vineyard Viura from Alfaro
Couldn't load pickup availability
A white Rioja with a wild soul. Temerario Blanco is born from a vineyard planted in 1977 in the La Montesa area (Alfaro), and is made with Viura harvested early to preserve freshness and natural acidity. Only 1,273 bottles of a Viura that challenges the conventional, fermented in bocoyes and aged on its lees for 9 months.
Proof that Rioja can also be bold, vibrant, and contemporary.
Tasting notes:
Pale yellow color, clean and bright. The nose reveals citrus notes, cut grass, and perfectly integrated wood. On the palate, its balance between structure, freshness, and a very pleasant unctuous texture is surprising.
Recommended pairing:
Ideal for seafood dishes, rice, mild cheeses, or roasted vegetables. It also works great with Japanese cuisine or a potato salad with a touch of pickle.
